Director of Flight Operations and Flight Testing
Desired Profile
You hold a qualification as flight crew personnel or flight test personnel and have at least 8 years of experience managing flight test operations or conducting aviation activities related to testing, demonstration, and certification within the aerospace, space, or defense sectors.
You have a professional level of English proficiency.
As you will have access to information classified under national defense secrecy regulations, your application will be subject to a security clearance process.
Employment Conditions
Full-time position on a permanent contract (CDI);
Fixed annual gross salary of €75,000 to €80,000, depending on profile and experience, plus performance-based variable compensation;
Position currently based in Melun (Seine-et-Marne, Department 77), relocating to Biscarrosse (Landes, Department 40) in 2027;
Frequent travel to sites in Southwest France and occasional international travel;
Position available immediately.
Experienced Aeronautical Technician
Profile sought
Aeronautical technician or airframe mechanic with an aptitude for—and ideally experience in—aeronautical electrical wiring.
- Training in aeronautical maintenance (Vocational Bac/BTS in aeronautics, CQPM, or equivalent)
- Airframe mechanics skills: fitting, riveting, composite assembly
- Skills or strong aptitude in wiring and electrical integration
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Meticulousness, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a prototype/startup environment
Experience in general aviation, drones, or prototype development would be highly valued.
Employment terms
