PMO · Group Programs Department: Planning, Costs, Actions, Documentation

i-SEE designs and operates the IC-D, a 600 kg drone developed under an agreement with the French authorities, and simultaneously manages several collaborative programs funded by the AID (SERSE radar, MARACAS radar signature, EICHLAIR) and a project with a major industry player. Ten people, three aircraft, four sites. The Group Programs Department manages all of this and is looking for its first recruit.

You are the administrative and financial linchpin of the programs. You don’t make the decisions, you make them possible: at all times, the schedule, costs, actions, and documents for each program are up-to-date, and managers have a consolidated view every week. You report to the Group Programs Director.

The schedule. You maintain the program source code (lines, bars, milestones, responsible parties), collect the actual dates weekly from the responsible parties, highlight any delays, and propose adjustments, without ever making decisions unilaterally.

Costs and hours. You consolidate the program hours tracking submitted by each director on Fridays, maintain the program budget forecasts, and prepare the justifications requested by the funders (DGA, AID, Bpifrance).

The Executive Committee and other committees. You receive the weekly reports from the Executive Committee, prepare the Monday summary, draft the minutes of the steering committee meetings with the DGA and partners, and maintain the register of actions and decisions.

Documentation and consortia. You apply the program framework (coding, lifecycle, templates), keep the contractual deliverables up to date, and monitor the administrative aspects of the consortium agreements: versions, signatures, deadlines, and financial appendices.

YOUR PROFILE

Two to five years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors. You are skilled at managing schedules, analyzing budgets, and writing engaging reports. You are highly proficient with spreadsheets and quickly learn new tools (we are transitioning to Odoo).

Meticulous without being overly bureaucratic: you follow up, verify information, and communicate effectively when deadlines are missed. You can work effectively with engineers, mechanics, and managers, maintaining a professional tone. Professional English is required, as our partners are not all French.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Contract: Permanent, full-time position (managerial status).
• Location: Mimizan, at the aircraft manufacturing site. Occasional remote work permitted, with occasional travel within France and internationally.
• Salary: €35,000 to €45,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Start date: December 2026.

Junior Embedded Systems Engineer

I-SEE, a specialist in the development of long-range heavy-lift drones and autonomous systems, is seeking a Junior Embedded Systems Engineer to join its team—currently based in Melun (77) and relocating to Biscarosse (40) in 2027.

Drawing on over 15 years of R&D in the design of technologically advanced aircraft, I-SEE develops drones dedicated to observation, surveillance, and aerial intervention.

Based on a unique platform, I-SEE’s six long-range drone variants are specifically equipped to meet a wide range of applications across the surveillance and intelligence, sustainable development, and defense sectors.

I-SEE is a winner of the France 2030 call for projects, receiving state funding to develop the first aircraft powered by a liquid hydrogen engine (the EICLHAIR project). Reporting to the Technical Department and supported by experienced professionals, you will participate in the design and evolution of embedded systems for aeronautical platforms (drones):

• Participate in defining embedded system architectures: avionics, sensors, communication, navigation, and flight control
• Analyze operational needs and help translate them into system requirements and specifications
• Participate in the design and integration of various hardware and software components
• Contribute to functional and risk analyses
• Participate in integrating various subsystems: avionics, propulsion, communications, and onboard equipment
• Participate in design reviews with technical teams
• Collaborate with embedded software and electronics teams
• Contribute to system testing, validation, and qualification phases

Candidate Profile

You are a recent engineering school graduate (Master’s level) specializing in embedded systems, electronics, aeronautics, mechatronics, or a related field.

Prior experience with embedded systems is a plus (e.g., final-year internship, work-study program, initial professional experience, or relevant personal projects/hobbies).

Ideally, you possess knowledge in several of the following areas:

• Embedded systems: hardware/software and real-time systems
• Electronics and/or embedded software
• Communication protocols: CAN, ARINC, Ethernet, etc.
• Systems engineering, MBSE, SysML, or requirements management
• Aeronautics, drone, space, or defense sectors
• You have the technical English proficiency required to work with technical documentation.

As the position may require access to information classified as national defense secrets, the selected candidate will undergo a security clearance process. Employment terms:

• Full-time position with a permanent contract (CDI)
• Position currently based at Melun Villaroche Airfield (77); relocation to Biscarrosse (40) scheduled for 2027
• Occasional travel within France
