Director of Flight Operations and Flight Testing
Desired Profile
You hold a qualification as flight crew personnel or flight test personnel and have at least 8 years of experience managing flight test operations or conducting aviation activities related to testing, demonstration, and certification within the aerospace, space, or defense sectors.
You have a professional level of English proficiency.
As you will have access to information classified under national defense secrecy regulations, your application will be subject to a security clearance process.
Employment Conditions
Full-time position on a permanent contract (CDI);
Fixed annual gross salary of €75,000 to €80,000, depending on profile and experience, plus performance-based variable compensation;
Position currently based in Melun (Seine-et-Marne, Department 77), relocating to Biscarrosse (Landes, Department 40) in 2027;
Frequent travel to sites in Southwest France and occasional international travel;
Position available immediately.
Embedded Systems Architect – Drones
Desired Profile
You hold a degree in aeronautical engineering, electronics, or embedded systems engineering and have at least 8 years of experience designing embedded systems for the aerospace, space, or defense sectors.
You have
Extensive experience in avionics systems architecture, ideally for drones, particularly in real-time, safety-critical environments;
Strong expertise in high-criticality embedded systems;
Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (CAN, ARINC, avionics Ethernet) and proficiency with systems engineering tools (MBSE, SysML, DOORS, etc.);
Operational technical English skills.
